SuperPark E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
• SuperPark Singapore Gift Cards are only redeemable in Singapore. The e-Gift Cards are valid for tickets, merchandise, party packages, camps & events sold at SuperPark Singapore outlet or on our website.
• SuperPark Singapore’s e-Gift Card can be purchased online at https://www.superpark.com.sg (“Website”).
• To check your balance in your e-gift card, find the original email and select view gift card and the balance will be shown.
• SuperPark Singapore e-Gift Cards are not refundable, nor may they be resold.
• Any outstanding balance of the e-Gift Card shall not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Coupons and promotional codes may not be used to purchase e-Gift Cards unless authorised by SuperPark Singapore.
• Upon redeeming your e-Gift Card, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the e-Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance.
• SuperPark Singapore’s e-Gift Cards are not refundable if lost or stolen.
• SuperPark Singapore’s e-Gift Cards purchased through any unauthorised resellers or other internet auction sites are not guaranteed by SuperPark Singapore and its management.
• All payment methods must be done with a valid Visa or Mastercard. All deliveries of your e-gift card will only be successful upon all approved transactions.
• Please ensure all details of your intended recipient/s are accurate. Contact our Guest Relations team at hello@superpark.com.sg should the recipient/s fail to receive the gift card.
• Please be reminded to check your spam/junk boxes for all deliveries.
• SuperPark Singapore and its management make no express or implied warranties with respect to this e-gift card and disclaim any warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• SuperPark Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Your purchase or use of an e-Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
