1. When will the renovation take place?
   Our park will be undergoing a major transformation from 24 March 2025.
2. Will there be any changes to membership due to the renovation?
   Yes! To make up for the renovation, all active memberships (including Super 8 Pass Holders) will be extended by up to two months at no additional cost. For example, if a membership expires on 5 April 2025, and the affected period is less than one month, we will extend the membership by a full month from the park’s reopening date.
3. What happens to my ticket if I booked a visit during the renovation period or the ticket validity falls within the renovation period?
   If you have pre-booked tickets for the renovation period, you have several options:
   • Bookings made directly via our website: You may reschedule your visit to a later date at no extra charge or request a full refund by contacting our customer service team.
   • Corporate pass holders: Please email connect@superpark.com.sg for assistance regarding rescheduling or alternative arrangements.
   • Third-party bookings: If your ticket was purchased through an external platform, kindly contact them directly.
4. Will other parks under DreamUs Group be affected?
   No, Pororo Park Singapore and Tayo Station will remain open and operating as usual.
